At Billionaire Beauty Labs, we ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Most orders placed before 12 PM EST will be processed the same day. That said, we ask that you allow 2–3 business days for order processing, just in case we're glowing a little busier than usual.
During periods of high demand (like product launches or promotions), processing may take up to 4–5 business days. You'll see the most up-to-date processing estimates at checkout when selecting your shipping method.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after the label is created, depending on the carrier.
For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days (excluding processing time). Canadian orders usually arrive within 5–9 business days for most provinces, although delivery times may vary based on location.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 USD to anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We ship all orders from the United States, so if you're located in the United States you will not have to worry about Duties or Taxes.
For shipments to Canada, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any questions.
You can view your order status anytime by logging into your account. We’ll keep it updated as soon as your payment is processed and your order is on its way.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay.

As a growing brand, we’re incredibly grateful for the support—and sometimes we can’t keep up with the demand. Because of this, we occasionally experience back orders or may need to cancel orders if there’s a sudden inventory issue.

Yes—orders shipped to Canada are eligible for returns. To begin the process, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
