Our Shipping Commitment

We want your Billionaire Beauty Labs products to reach you quickly and safely. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase, and we provide tracking every step of the way.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed to our fulfillment partner within 1-2 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Fulfillment & Carriers

We partner with Amazon FBA to fulfill your orders quickly and reliably. The optimal carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other trusted services) is automatically selected based on your location to ensure the fastest delivery at the best value.

4. Where We Ship

United States & Canada

We currently ship to all U.S. states, territories, and Canadian provinces. We gladly ship to residential addresses, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses.

International Orders

We're actively working to expand our global shipping options! If you're outside the U.S. or Canada and would love to try Billionaire Beauty Labs, please email us at hello@billionairebeautylabs.com with your location. We'll do our best to get our products to you.

5. Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking information sent to your email address once your package ships. You can also track your order anytime through your account dashboard.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For Canadian and international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are collected upon delivery or clearance.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We stand behind every order. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at hello@billionairebeautylabs.com within 14 days. We'll work with you to find a solution, whether that's a replacement, refund, or carrier claim.

Signature: Signature is not required for delivery.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at hello@billionairebeautylabs.com—once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be made.

9. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. Due to our fast processing times (1-2 business days), we can only modify or cancel orders that haven't yet been fulfilled.
