2. Condition of Returned Items

Products may be opened and tested—we understand you need to try them. We only require that items have at least 50% remaining for a full refund. Return items in their original condition with all components included.

3. How to Start a Return

• Visit the return portal or email hello@billionairebeautylabs.com with your order number.
• Receive approval and a prepaid label (U.S./Canada).
• Pack everything in the original shipping box.
• Drop off within seven days of label issuance.

Please obtain approval before shipping—this ensures we can track your return and process your refund promptly.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Email us within 14 days of delivery with two clear photos (outer box + product). Choose a replacement or a full refund—your call. Original shipping costs will be refunded for defective or incorrect items.

6. Exchanges

For the quickest turnaround, place a new order for the item you want and request a return on the original product if eligible.

7. Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or card issuers may need extra posting time. If 15 business days pass after approval and no credit appears, contact us.

8. International Customers

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For deliveries in the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. You are responsible for return postage.

All Other Regions

Orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada may be returned for store credit. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us for a full refund or replacement.

9. Environmental Commitment

Unopened returns are disinfected and donated; all recyclable materials are processed responsibly.

10. No Restocking Fees & Your Statutory Rights

We never charge restocking fees. This policy does not affect any rights granted by consumer-protection laws.
